You may like to add to your existing training or to start your new career with us. There may be gaps in your training that you would like to include or update. These trainings are both via zoom or in person and can be recorded with full Course notes included. We provide support and backup throughout and after you are qualified by providing continued progressive development training and refresher sessions. There are also opportunities to practise with other students. Our friendly team will be here to help you on any queries you may have.
COGNITIVE Behavioural THERAPY Thursday 5.30 - 7.30 pm commencing 12th February 2026

- 8 sessions to include anxiety, Overwhelm, phobias, confidence, self esteem and motivation & negative habits. No previous knowledge is required.
- Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with practical applications. These sessions are interactive and run with 6 or less students in a friendly environment.

- This training is suitable as an additional tool within other therapies such as Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy or Counselling

- The first 4 sessions provide a Certificate in the Foundation Training in Hypnotherapy and provides a short course. This can be taken separately at a cost of £450. See option for this when purchasing.
- Additional home study will be part of the training via videos/recordings, discussion and reading. There is no written exam. case studies are required.

- in person attendance is required for the full approved accreditation. Virtual attendance via zoom is only accredited by the kent college of hypnotherapy.
- You can Attend refresh sessions for a payment of £20 per morning session or afternoon. by sitting on future training and ongoing refresher sessions.
- The shorter Foundation Training is Accredited by Kent College of Hypnotherapy and in in line with governing body criteria. It can then be followed by the full training.
- Our Training fulfils the National Occupational Standards as currently required by CNHC and is Accredited by the International Hypnotherapy Association IHA
