- Cost and Time: £40 Session - 10.00am to 2.30pm

- Please Bring your Lunch. refreshments are provided
- An opportunity to take time for yourself while meeting like-minded people and revitalise your Energy.
- Included in the session: Healing with Breathing, Guided Meditation. Meridian tapping, Flowing stretches and movement Powerball Energy and Reiki Healing, and reiki drumming with affirmations

We have a maximum of 10 for this workshop and if the weather is fine some of this is run outside in a beautiful garden environment. These book up fast as we have people coming back to recharge their energy and create wellbeing on a regular basis.
