- Included in the session: Healing with Breathing, Guided Meditation. Meridian tapping, Flowing stretches and movement Powerball Energy and Reiki Healing, chakra balancing and clearing. Clarifying personal goals and pathways for the Year ahead.

We have a maximum of 10 for this workshop and if the weather is fine some of this is run outside in beautiful garden environment. These book up fast as we have people coming back to recharge their energy and create wellbeing on a regular basis.
