- An opportunity to take time for yourself while meeting like-minded people
- Included in the session: Connected Breathing, Meditation. Meridian brushing , Visualisation Tapping the Meridians, Powerball Energy and Reiki Healing, chakra balancing and dancing and more.

We have a maximum of 10 for this workshop and if the weather is fine some of this is run outside in beautiful garden environment. These book up fast as we have people coming back to recharge their energy and create wellbeing on a regular basis.
