Discover your Inner Selves, what are their roles. Identify other parts such as Pleaser, Critical Part, Perfectionist. The Inner and outer Relationships and the patterns and how we create them.  How to reclaim energy that has been suppressed. The Child, Protector & Controller and parts they play. 

Identify the parts that run your life or hold you back. The role of the driving parts and how they maybe running your life.  Discover how this may affect your confidence, belief in yourself .

Access your inner magical parts and creativity.  Where do your ideas, enthusiasm, motivation come from. Develop and trust your intuition and find out how to develop this in your life and enable others to do the same.

The inner self that can sabotage maybe repressed and it is likely it has a positive purpose to keep you safe.  Once you connect with this part psychic energy is released.  You regain more vitality in many areas of your life.  Learn the techniques.

The spiritual or higher self can provide amazing information and insights.  Tap into these energies and make a connection to create oneness.  There is also a wise part that may help to understand our shadow self. A session of learning and working with these parts.

Have you ever thought there maybe inner selves that have been hidden or ignored for many reasons.  It is likely that it is time to communicate with these and discover more about yourself.

Experience and gain insights to the root cause of many physical and health issues. When inner selves are in conflict your emotions reflect this and create stress in the body.  By honouring and acknowledging these parts harmony is restored. 

We will be addressing disowned selves and suppressed parts.  These are energies which we are not accessing or have rejected as we have perceived them as not wanted or wrong.  Then another takes over to suppress it.  Sometimes avoidance takes place and in its place negative habits maybe formed. Gain clarity and let go of the unwanted habits. 

What is Perceptions of our Inner Selves

It is a fascinating therapy by “stepping into” inner parts and experiencing the energy to gain understanding, flashes of insights and very often a means to resolve conflict and dis-ease. It is especially useful in finding the root cause of issues in all kinds of relationships, old patterns and to release them.

You may also discover disowned or hidden parts and reconnect with them with often very healing outcomes and renewed energy and getting in touch with your higher self.  Often working with the Inner Critic or Perfectionist and finding out more about them may enable you to experience a significant reduction in stress and anxiety.

It is means of discovering our Real Self, seeing the picture from a different view point and then realising we have choices.

This therapy also works well in conjunction with CBT and counselling, also hypnotherapy.

If you are a therapist or simply want to do the training for self-development, there are no pre-requirements at all.  Full training is given and an opportunity to experience this in a small group of 8 or less.  You are welcome to observe a session before making a commitment to join us

We are constantly striving for the REAL Self or INNER Reality. However the TRUTH is that we can only view it from the REALITY we have developed. In other words we have created within us a wealth of experiences and the necessary personal dynamics to cope with or react to these. This all forms part of our Personality and we have many facets. Some of these facets are submerged or hidden and others have become so strong that they have dominated. It is a bit like looking at your own TERRITORY or PLAN of your life and seeing the different parts of yourself, some of which you may recognise and some of which you don’t.   PLAYERS.
