Course Overview:

Notes and scripts are provided as backup for an informal and interactive training session, which is conducted online via Zoom with a maximum of eight participants. There is an opportunity to work in pairs through the use of breakout rooms, and the session includes discussions, Q&A, and video recordings that can be downloaded for further learning.

In addition to online training, there are also in-house management training options available for individuals and teams, including team building, stress management, communication and assertiveness, and conflict resolution. These sessions are conducted via live and interactive Zoom and can be recorded upon request. The courses are available in both fast track and slower pace options depending on the participant’s requirements, and each session covers a separate topic, which means that missed sessions can be made up at a later date.

SYLLABUS :

What is Life Coaching and the formula.  Finding Resources and setting strategies including smart  goals.  Questioning and Listening skills.  Purpose and how to plan and achieve positive outcomes.  What makes a good coach
Do you or your client avoid confrontation. Do negative thoughts prevent you from coping effectively and  emotions overwhelm you when you know you need to stand your ground? Learn coaching skills to provide you and you client with calm assertiveness and clear communication.  Guidelines for negotiation and also how to deal with negative criticism..
Communication skills –  how it affects performance, recognition, understanding, productivity, responsibility and more 
Perceptual Positioning – practice for misunderstanding and difficult situations without the other party.  Presentations.
Rapport techniques – NLP method, Representational systems – modalities.  How values are significant in deciding our actions
Values, beliefs, attitude, emotions; Processes, Patterns, Core Beliefs – the three camps and how they affect relationships and self esteem and emotions.  How to dispute the irrational belief.   Facilitating the client to gain insights and make changes; Recap so far. patterns in relationships and use of Perceptual Positioning as a means of resolution.  A session structure. Facilitate change.; creating positive associations.
This session covers
Anxiety symptoms Motivation and procrastination – taking action; Changing your thoughts with CBT approaches; techniques from NLP including Confidence Circle and NLP Roll out to identify and change negative sensations; Dissociation  visualisation for uncomfortable memories.
 
Bringing it all together to enable your client to gain clearer perception of the issues and steps to resolve to attain success.  This will help you and your client identify and weak links and how to overcome them.  
This session covers many NLP techniques that can be applied within a coaching session.   We will be covering today useful tools that your client can apply and use with practice to gain confidence in the use of NLP.
